In the analyzed group, the positive direction of global changes dominates.
maximum minute oxygen uptake values (VO₂max).
The increase in the value of this indicator reached up to 25.94%, which indicates a significant improvement in the body's aerobic capacity.
At the same time, one of the athletes experienced a 15.99% decrease in VO₂max between subsequent measurements, which indicates individual variability in the body's response and confirms the need for further monitoring of physiological parameters.
IMU Medical conducted a pilot program to assess the impact of AURONN supplementation on the body's aerobic capacity. The pilot was conducted in collaboration with the independent sports laboratory 4Sport LAB Sp. z o.o. and included a group of weightlifting athletes.
The aim of the pilot study was to initially determine to what extent AURONN supplementation can influence exercise adaptation, parameters of oxygen metabolism and the economization of the body's work under training conditions.
Research scope and methodology
The analysis included a comparison of the results of the aerobic capacity assessment carried out on two dates:

In the period between measurements, the athletes participated in the AURONN supplementation program, in accordance with the established protocol.
The response of the circulatory system to exercise, the level of aerobic metabolism efficiency and the economy of the body's work during physical exercise were assessed.
Research results
All athletes showed a positive or neutral change in their cardiovascular response during the second exercise test.
For the same load levels, lower heart rate values were recorded, indicating improved adaptation of the body to exercise.
Summary of results
Compared to the results of the first assessment, the results of the second test are
clearly more advantageous:

increase in the efficiency of aerobic metabolism, expressed by an increase
VO₂max values, -
economization of the body's work, confirmed by a reduction in the level
lactate (LA) for individual loads, -
improving the overall exercise efficiency of the entire group.
The observed changes clearly reflect an increase in performance
oxygen consumption of athletes participating in the pilot program
AURONN supplementation.
