We are the only brand in the world to produce cosmetics based on biological fullerenes – advanced carriers of valuable active ingredients. Fullerenes are powerful antioxidants that neutralize free radicals, protect skin cells from oxidative stress, and transport high-value substances deep into the skin, increasing their effectiveness, stability, and long-lasting effect.

Our additional projects:
1) Inertial headband for people with Parkinson's disease + application
One of IMU Medical SA's key projects is an innovative inertial wristband designed for people with Parkinson's disease, integrated with a dedicated mobile app. The project has not yet been commercially implemented because we waited almost three years for a patent to be granted.
Patent number granted: P.442521 .
We currently have fully operational prototypes demonstrating key functionalities and the technological solutions implemented. The estimated cost to complete the project, including full clinical trials, is approximately $5 million .
2) Modern plasters / dressings with fish collagen + AURONN®
In parallel, we are developing a project for modern, sterile regenerative plasters and dressings combining fish collagen with the bioactive raw material AURONN® . Currently, we have ready, sterile prototypes and are fully prepared to begin clinical trials.
The estimated cost of conducting clinical trials for this project is approximately USD 3 million .
The fish collagen used demonstrates powerful healing-accelerating properties, supporting angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels) and intensive tissue regeneration. In the case of chronic wounds, the probability of complete healing within six months increases from 11% to as much as 49% , representing a significant therapeutic and clinical breakthrough.
The combination of fish collagen with the bioactive raw material AURONN® additionally enhances regenerative processes, reduces inflammation and supports the natural mechanisms of skin regeneration.

Regulatory Compliance and Certification
All our cosmetics have been reported to the CPNP system, which allows supervisory authorities to identify products and react quickly in the event of potential health risks.
Both IMU Medical SA and our partners have registered manufacturing facilities in Poland, approved by the State Sanitary Inspectorate . Additionally, our facilities and products have been registered with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in the United States.

Cleanliness system and technological facilities
In selected production processes, we utilize ISO 7 and ISO 6 cleanrooms , as well as dedicated ISO 4 areas. This ensures a safe and controlled research, development, and production environment that meets stringent pharmaceutical requirements.
We use, among others:
- compressed air class 1.2.1 ,
- nitrogen with a purity of 5.0 ,
- purified pharmacopoeial water.
