In the analysed group, a positive direction of change in the global value of maximum oxygen uptake per minute (VO₂max) dominates.

The increase in this indicator reached as much as 25.94%, indicating a significant improvement in the body's aerobic capacity. At the same time, one athlete recorded a 15.99% drop in VO₂max between successive measurements, which points to individual variability in the body's response and confirms the value of continued monitoring of physiological parameters. IMU Medical carried out a pilot programme aimed at assessing the effect of AURONN® supplementation on the body's aerobic capacity. The pilot was conducted in cooperation with the independent sports laboratory 4Sport LAB Sp. z o.o. and covered a group of weightlifting athletes. Its aim was to preliminarily determine to what extent AURONN® supplementation may influence exercise adaptation, aerobic metabolism parameters and the economisation of the body's work under training conditions.

The analysis compared the results of aerobic capacity assessments carried out on two dates:

In the period between measurements, the athletes took part in the AURONN® supplementation programme according to the established protocol. The cardiovascular response to exertion, the level of aerobic metabolism capacity and the economisation of the body's work during physical effort were assessed.

In all athletes, a positive or neutral change in the cardiovascular response was observed during the second exercise test. For the same load levels, lower heart-rate values were recorded, indicating improved adaptation of the body to exertion.

Compared with the results of the first assessment, the results of the second test are clearly more favourable:
