Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is IMU Medical S.A., with its registered office at ul. Kościuszki 10/1, 05-500 Piaseczno, KRS 0001041220, NIP 123-153-23-29, REGON 525113864. For all matters concerning personal data you can contact us at contact@auronn.com — we respond within one month.

2. Data categories and purposes of processing

We process data provided voluntarily in the website's forms: first and last name, clinic name and details (including tax ID), address, phone number, e-mail address and message content. The purposes of processing are: responding to enquiries (contact form), handling applications to the “Test for 1 PLN” programme, verifying and handling clinic applications to the Partner Program, and carrying out cooperation with partners.

3. Legal bases

The basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given when submitting the form), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken to conclude and perform a cooperation agreement) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest — responding to enquiries, pursuing and defending claims).

4. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle the request — without the data marked as mandatory we will not be able to reply to the message or ship the test product.

5. Retention period

We store data for the period necessary to handle the request. Data related to correspondence (e-mail address, first and last name) — up to 3 years to demonstrate handling of the request. Data related to commercial cooperation — 5 years from the end of the year in which the cooperation took place (tax obligations). Data processed on the basis of consent — until it is withdrawn.

6. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the operation of the website (hosting, IT services, courier companies for shipping the test product) only to the extent necessary to provide these services. Data may be disclosed to state authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Profiling

We do not make decisions about Users based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it (“the right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
