Terms of service

AURONN® website · effective from 13 July 2026

§1. General provisions

  1. 1.These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the AURONN® website (the “Website”) operated by IMU Medical S.A., with its registered office at ul. Kościuszki 10/1, 05-500 Piaseczno, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under KRS 0001041220, NIP 123-153-23-29, REGON 525113864 (the “Service Provider”).
  2. 2.The Website presents the AURONN® brand, products, treatment protocols and partner clinics. The presentation of products on the Website (the “Shop” section) is informational only and does not allow a purchase to be made — for individual customers, AURONN® products are available in partner clinics.
  3. 3.The Website does, however, allow distance sales contracts to be concluded exclusively with entrepreneurs (Clinics), in two cases: under the “Test for 1 PLN” Programme (§4) and for wholesale orders placed in the Partner Panel (§5). In both cases payment is made online and the product is shipped to the address provided.
  4. 4.Contracts concluded via the Website are B2B — the Service Provider does not sell to consumers through the Website.
  5. 5.To use the Website you only need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  6. 6.Contact with the Service Provider: contact@auronn.com, phone +48 733 907 407.

§2. Definitions

  1. 1.Website — the AURONN® website together with its subpages.
  2. 2.User — any person using the Website.
  3. 3.Clinic — an entrepreneur running a cosmetology clinic, a clinic or an aesthetic medicine practice.
  4. 4.Partner Panel — the closed part of the Website, available after logging in, allowing Clinics to place wholesale orders and access professional materials.
  5. 5.“Test for 1 PLN” Programme — the test programme for Clinics described in §4.
  6. 6.Partner Program — the commercial and substantive cooperation between the Service Provider and Clinics.
  7. 7.Order — a declaration of intent by a Clinic leading to the conclusion of a contract for the sale of AURONN® products.
  8. 8.Payment Operator — the Przelewy24 service, through which online payments on the Website are processed.

§3. Rules for using the Website

  1. 1.Browsing the Website is free of charge and does not require registration.
  2. 2.Access to the Partner Panel requires an account. Accounts are created by the Service Provider — the Website does not offer self-registration. Login details are sent to the Clinic's e-mail address; the password can be changed in the Partner Panel.
  3. 3.It is prohibited to provide unlawful content and to take actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website.
  4. 4.All Website content (texts, photos, logos, protocols, training materials) is protected by copyright and may not be used without the Service Provider's consent. Materials made available in the Partner Panel are intended solely for the Clinic's own use.
  5. 5.Prices shown in the informational part of the Website are gross catalogue prices (including VAT), are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
  6. 6.Prices in the Partner Panel are net wholesale prices. VAT at the rate of 23% is added to the order total.

§4. “Test for 1 PLN” Programme

  1. 1.The programme is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs — Clinics interested in introducing AURONN® products into their practice. The programme is not intended for consumers.
  2. 2.Application to the Programme is made by completing a survey on the Website, in which the Clinic provides, among other things, its company details (including tax ID), the shipping address and the declared date of the test.
  3. 3.The subject of the Programme is a test set comprising two units of AURONN® Golden Mist (mist, 50 ml).
  4. 4.The price of the test set is PLN 1 net per unit, i.e. PLN 2 net per set, plus VAT at 23% — PLN 2.46 gross in total. The name of the Programme refers to the net unit price of a single product.
  5. 5.Payment is made online, via the Payment Operator, immediately after the survey is completed. The contract of sale is concluded when the Service Provider receives confirmation of payment.
  6. 6.The price includes delivery within the territory of Poland — the Service Provider does not add shipping costs.
  7. 7.Shipment is made to the address indicated in the survey, after the payment has been credited. The Service Provider contacts the Clinic to confirm the details of the application and the shipment.
  8. 8.One Clinic may use the Programme once. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to process an application, in particular in the case of incomplete or doubtful applications, or applications not made by entrepreneurs; in such a case the amount paid is refunded.
  9. 9.After the application has been paid for, the Service Provider creates an account for the Clinic in the Partner Panel and sends the access details to the e-mail address provided.
  10. 10.Participation in the Programme does not oblige the Clinic to further cooperation or purchases.

§5. Wholesale orders in the Partner Panel

  1. 1.Wholesale orders may be placed only by logged-in Clinics holding an account in the Partner Panel.
  2. 2.Prices of products in the Partner Panel are net wholesale prices. Pricing terms may depend on the Clinic's partner level, determined on the basis of the total of previous purchases.
  3. 3.An Order is placed by selecting the products, confirming the summary and making an online payment via the Payment Operator.
  4. 4.The contract of sale is concluded when the Service Provider receives confirmation of payment. Confirmation of the Order is sent to the e-mail address assigned to the Clinic's account.
  5. 5.For each paid Order, the Service Provider issues a VAT invoice made out to the Clinic.
  6. 6.The method and time of delivery are confirmed to the Clinic by the Service Provider after the Order has been paid for.

§6. Payments

  1. 1.Online payments on the Website are handled by the Payment Operator — the Przelewy24 service. The available payment methods are presented by the Operator during the transaction.
  2. 2.The Service Provider does not store payment card details — such data is processed solely by the Payment Operator.
  3. 3.Failure to make a payment successfully means that the contract is not concluded and the Order is not processed.
  4. 4.All amounts are settled in Polish zloty (PLN).

§7. Nature of the contracts and withdrawal

  1. 1.Contracts concluded via the Website (the “Test for 1 PLN” Programme and wholesale orders) are concluded exclusively with entrepreneurs, for purposes directly related to their business or professional activity.
  2. 2.Accordingly, the provisions on the right of withdrawal from a distance contract, which are available to consumers, do not apply to these contracts.
  3. 3.If an order is placed by a natural person conducting business activity and the purchase is not of a professional character for that person within the meaning of Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, that person is entitled to the rights provided for in those provisions. In such a case, please contact us at the address indicated in §1.
  4. 4.The Service Provider's liability under statutory warranty in business-to-business transactions is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

§8. Complaints

  1. 1.Complaints regarding products purchased via the Website (the “Test for 1 PLN” Programme and wholesale orders), as well as the operation of the Website, may be submitted to contact@auronn.com.
  2. 2.A complaint should contain the applicant's details, the order number (if applicable) and a description of the objections. The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  3. 3.Complaints regarding products purchased in partner clinics are handled in accordance with the rules in force at the place of purchase; the Service Provider provides support at the address indicated above.

§9. Forms and applications

  1. 1.The Website provides forms: contact, the “Test for 1 PLN” survey, and clinic application to the Partner Program.
  2. 2.Submitting a form requires providing the data marked as mandatory and giving consent to the processing of personal data.
  3. 3.The Service Provider responds to applications on business days, generally within 1–3 business days.

§10. Personal data and cookies

  1. 1.The controller of Users' personal data is IMU Medical S.A.. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
  2. 2.Detailed information on data processing can be found in the Privacy policy, and on cookies — in the Cookie policy.

§11. Final provisions

  1. 1.The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website and do not infringe Users' acquired rights or the terms of Orders placed before the amendment.
  2. 2.In matters not regulated by the Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code.
  3. 3.Disputes will be settled by the competent common courts.
